I am well aware that sometimes things just don't go as planned...but please, have the courtesy to call or email me shortly before (or after, if the coast isn't clear! lol)
Also, please be aware that I am only human, and sometimes things change on my end too! It is very rare that I would have to cancel on a last-minute basis, but things do go wrong in life sometimes! Try to be understanding, as I would do for you!
